Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of professionals focused on providing comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities. We aim to foster a holistic approach to health and wellness, ensuring each patient receives personalized and compassionate care. Our RNs are critical in managing patient care, administering treatments, and educating patients on various health conditions. Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients according to accepted nursing practices and standards. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed. Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately and comprehensively. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and wellness. Advocate for patients' needs and work towards optimal health outcomes. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high stress situations calmly and effectively Proficient in the use of medical software for documentation and care planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment CPR certified Possession of (or willingness to obtain) a valid Public Health Nurse certification is a plus
