The Lead MT/MLS performs laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Banking, Clinical Microscopy and Immunology according to the area assigned; assists the supervisory staff in maintaining the organization according to regulatory standards; and may include some phlebotomy.
