Job Description Our 200 bed hospital is looking for a qualified
Medical Technologist to join the team in a full-time, permanent
position. Multiple shifts available. The Lead Medical Technologist
oversees and performs advanced laboratory tests that play a key
role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing diseases. This role
leads various laboratory disciplines such as blood banking,
chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and urinalysis,
ensuring high-quality standards are met across all areas. The Lead
Medical Technologist is responsible for supervising laboratory
operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring the maintenance and
proper functioning of sophisticated laboratory equipment. Strong
leadership, exceptional analytical skills, and attention to detail
are essential in this position.
