Join Good Samaritan Health Center’s dedicated team in providing essential nursing assistance to our community's most underserved populations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in rigorous training under expert supervision to gain the skills necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). A focus on holistic health practices, this program is designed for compassionate individuals eager to make a significant impact in healthcare. Assist nurses and healthcare staff with the delivery of primary care services. Monitor and report changes in patient health status. Prepare and assist patients for examinations and treatments. Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas. Provide compassionate care and support to patients. Basic knowledge of healthcare protocols Effective communication skills Empathy and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program upon training completion.
