Job Description:

in the heart of our community. We are currently seeking a motivated
and dedicated Clinical Care Leader to oversee our healthcare team,
ensuring the delivery of exceptional attention and services to our
underserved populations. This role requires a compassionate,
organized leader who is committed to fostering holistic health and
wellness outcomes. As a Clinical Care Leader, you will not only
manage and supervise clinical staff but also ensure compliance with
health standards, contribute to staff training, and improve patient
care systems. Oversee daily operations in patient care services,
ensuring adherence to facility and health regulations. Develop and
implement strategies to improve the quality of care and efficiency
of services. Coordinate and lead training sessions for all new
hires and existing staff on latest health care practices and
protocols. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing
feedback and coaching to ensure a high standard of patient care.
Manage interdisciplinary health care teams to achieve optimal
patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with health care laws,
regulations, and accreditation standards. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic
health records Ability to work under pressure and make informed
decisions Empathetic and patient-centric approach Medical Insurance

license Certification in Clinical Management or Health Care
