As we expand our reach, we are seeking a Regional Clinical Services Director to oversee the clinical operations across multiple facilities. This leader will be instrumental in ensuring all clinical services are delivered with the highest standard of quality and efficiency. The Regional Clinical Services Director will be an advocate for patient-centered care, upholding our mission to improve health outcomes in the communities we serve. Oversee clinical service delivery across multiple locations to ensure adherence to health standards and regulations. Develop and implement clinical programs and initiatives that align with the organization's mission and improve patient care. Lead, mentor, and support clinic managers to achieve excellence in operations and patient service. Monitor and analyze clinical performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to integrate clinical services with broader health programs. Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and implement cost control measures. Lead or participate in community outreach and engagement programs to enhance community health education and services. Strong leadership and organizational skills Experience in managing healthcare facilities Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards Ability to develop and implement clinical procedures and protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and performance/quality metrics Capability to handle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, changing environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Required: Licensed as a Registered Nurse or similar healthcare professional credential.
