Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team serving underserved communities with a focus on holistic health outcomes. This role requires flexibility in shifts to accommodate the dynamic needs of our health center. Our ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care tailored to patient-specific needs, contributing to the health center’s mission of comprehensive service delivery. Provide high-quality nursing care in diverse and changing environments Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans Maintain medical records and administer medications and treatments Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care Adapt to varying shift schedules as needed to meet the operational requirements of the health center Strong clinical skills in a variety of healthcare settings Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Capacity for critical thinking and problem-solving in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
