We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Med Aide to oversee our medical assistance team and help us provide top-tier healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assistance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for community health. This position involves direct patient care, supervision of medical aide staff, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care are met. Supervise and train the medical aide team to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Administer medications and treatments according to physician directives and healthcare plans. Record and manage patient data ensuring confidentiality and accuracy. Assist in the development and implementation of health and wellness programs. Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver integrated and holistic patient care. Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss improvements and address issues. Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in medical software and patient management systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in medication administration and patient care Ability to supervise and train staff effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) from an accredited program CPR and first aid certification required Additional certification in leadership or healthcare management is a plus
