Sanford Health is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will be instrumental in providing care to patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders. Working in one of the largest health systems in the United States, you will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and resources to ensure the highest standard of patient care across our clinics, hospitals, and senior living facilities. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities. Operate and manage equipment like ventilators, therapeutic gas administration apparatus, and aerosol generators. Formulate treatment plans and collaborate with healthcare teams to execute effective patient care strategies. Conduct pulmonary function tests and analyze findings. Educate patients and families about lung health and maintenance regimes. Engage in continuous development to ensure current knowledge of respiratory care practice. Advanced knowledge of respiratory equipment and treatment techniques Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to handle stressful situations and make informed clinical decisions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential is required.
