Joining the Paladin Technologiesteam means an opportunity to learn and grow on the job. Job shadowing Senior Technicians' daily activities and hands-on training will be provided for this role. As a Technician, you will gain first-hand experience working in a variety of areas such as Datacom, Audio Visual, and Security Systems. We are looking for dedicated talent who are "willing to get their hands dirty" and are committed to learning industry best practices from on-site mentors.The Technician will demonstrate the ability to think outside of the box and will exhibit strong professionalism, communication, and collaboration.Coordination and communication with the Senior Technicians are critical to the success of this position. Responsibilities:

• Pulling trade-specific cabling as directed by Site Leads
• Installation of different cable support structures
• Basic installation of associated field devices to Paladin standards
• Staging materials to improve efficiency
• Clean up at the end of the day, making sure all cables are neatly coiled throughout the job site, tools clean and put away
• Assist on some of our larger installations
• Travel to client sites on a required basis
• Occasional weekend/night shifts, on call or out-of-town travel may be required Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment screen including background check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required or an Preferred Qualifications:
    • Associate degree / Certificate in a related field is preferred
      • Power/Hand tool experienceis preferred Physical demands:
        • Comfortable working at heights
        • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
        • Ability to be on your feet and walking for a majority of the day
        • Lift and carry tools, ladders, hand tools, materials
        • Flexibility to work in a variety of environments, from construction sites to finished corporate offices Pay:$18.00-$28.00 (DOE) Company Info:
