Job Description:
Starting at $17.50/hour with an addition $1.00/hr from 6:00 pm
to 6:00 am.-- This position is responsible for the process of
handling, packaging, and cleaning up cheese in a production
facility.-- The position would be required to follow good
manufacturing practices and safety
rules.----Responsibilities:Operation of Towers.Operation of
Scale.Maintain appearance of tower and scale areas during
production (floors free of cheese, etc).Communicate with Table
Operator, Scale Person, Maintenance and Supervisor.Complete
documentation associated with the tower and scale process.Maintain
a neat and orderly production area.Cleaning equipment as needed for
towers.Maintain supply of cardboard sleeves, slip sheets and
label/paperwork for scale.Tentative shift times are 2 pm-12 am
Monday - Thursdays and 12 pm -8 pm on Fridays.Other duties as
assigned.
