Join us and contribute to Sedgwick being a great place to work.Great Place to Work -Most Loved Workplace -Forbes Best-in-State EmployerProvider Credentialing Coordinator**PRIMARY PURPOSE** : To maintain data related to provider reimbursements, physical locations, and billing locations in multiple system environments for participating providers and non-participating providers; and to ensure system integrity and accuracy.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Enters provider agreements according to the identified reimbursement.+ Processes provider updates and address changes including additions and changes related to claims addresses.+ Researches and resolves 1099 issues and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) B notices.+ Creates client physician panel posters.+ Coordinates and prepares provider data for printing provider directories.+ Assists with provider mailings.+ **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education & Licensing** High School diploma or GED required. **Experience** Two (2) years data entry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Experience in the healthcare field or worker's compensation field preferred. **Skills & Knowledge**+ Performs other duties as assigned.+ Supports the organization's quality program(s) **WORK ENVIRONMENT** When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. **Mental:** Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines **Physical:** Computer keyboarding, travel as required **Auditory/Visual:** Hearing, vision and talkingThe statements contained in this document are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by a colleague assigned to this description.
