Best-in-State EmployerProvider Credentialing Coordinator**PRIMARY
PURPOSE** : To maintain data related to provider reimbursements,
physical locations, and billing locations in multiple system
environments for participating providers and non-participating
providers; and to ensure system integrity and accuracy.**ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**+ Enters provider agreements
according to the identified reimbursement.+ Processes provider
updates and address changes including additions and changes related
to claims addresses.+ Researches and resolves 1099 issues and
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) B notices.+ Creates client physician
panel posters.+ Coordinates and prepares provider data for printing
provider directories.+ Assists with provider mailings.+
**QUALIFICATIONS** **Education & Licensing** High School diploma or
GED required. **Experience** Two (2) years data entry experience or
equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience in the healthcare field or worker's compensation field
preferred. **Skills & Knowledge**+ Performs other duties as
assigned.+ Supports the organization's quality program(s) **WORK
ENVIRONMENT** When applicable and appropriate, consideration will
