Data Coordinator (Federal Grant Funding)REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:Is
directly accountable and responsible to the BSC RADaR DOL
(Department of Labor) Project Director.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for coordinating, implementing, and maintaining US
Department of Labor (DOL) grant, including financial support,
program documentation, and office support.
- Responsible for leading data collection requirements and
analyzing program and participant data.Benefits: COMPENSATION:
$45,500 - $51,000 based on directly related experience. Paid health

Coordinates, implements, and maintains DOL grant - 90%Provide
advanced administrative assistance to the BSC RADaR DOL Project
Director in activities such as generating and analyzing grant
documents, quarterly reporting, and preparing modification
requests, collect and maintain documentation and records of
participant/student data, apprenticeship program pathways and wrap
around services provided, generate customized queries and reports
and final reports associated with the BSC RADaR DOL grant outcomes,
prepare, assemble, and/or distribute information, reports, surveys,
questionnaires, or apprenticeship program information, coordinate
and processes grant expenditures/payments and assists with review
of expenditures, develop and maintain library of grant resources,
templates, and best practices, using online project management
system, maintain knowledge of grant policies, regulations and
procedures, manages activities of third-party evaluator throughout
grant period and compiles written documentation for assessment, and
coordinate meetings with Advisory Committee, businesses, industry
groups, and other partners including agendas, facility
arrangements, note-taking and ensuring follow up on outstanding
action items.Miscellaneous duties - 10%Answer phones and emails,
providing timely and accurate correspondence and excellent customer
service, collaborate with Public Affairs and RADaR DOL Project
Director on the production and distribution of public
communications materials that identify the purpose, goals, and
achievements of the grant objectives including newsletters, press
releases, websites, social media, and written publications, and
perform other duties as required or assigned.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, or
related field.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage and analyze data sets.
- Experience in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at
all levels including diverse populations.
- Experience working with grants.
- Advanced knowledge of computer software (i.e., Microsoft Office
Suite, Excel, Word, electronic email, and calendar) and
internet.
- Organized, detailed, self-starting, ability to handle multiple
activities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively carry out written and
oral instructions.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent
judgment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with federal grants and grants management.
