Community Options has an exciting new job opportunity within the
Residential department as a Program Coordinator Assistant!
This position works closely with our Program Supervisors and our
Program Coordinators to assist with administrative tasks as well as
working directly with our customers, assisting with daily functions
to include appointments, transportation to appointments, completing
benefits paperwork, etc.
Full Time employees are eligible for all Community Options

and Paid Time Leave. Starting hourly wage is $16.00- $19.00,
depending on experience (DOE).

- High school diploma or GED required; college degree
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable
transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to
the statute of the licensing state will be required based on
assigned job duties
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Experience with computers and related software including
Therap, Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of company policies and rules
- Strong team player
- Experience working in a human service environment or direct
experience working with individuals with disabilities is
- Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an
office setting is a plus

- Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the
employee will be in an office or community setting. Assigned work
shifts will vary depending on the customers' or company needs;
employee must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings,
overnights, holidays, and weekends at one or more locations as
determined by the customers.
