Job Description:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Crescent Electric Supply Company, you will assist hiring managers by writing job ads, posting openings on job boards, sourcing candidates, and providing advice on industry best practices.
THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION BEGINNING AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO THE END OF YEAR (DEC 2022)
LOCATION: Remote-based role (within close proximity to a Crescent location)
TYPICAL HOURS/SHIFT: Monday-Friday; first shift (Start time of 7 am or 8 am CST)
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Effectively network to build talent pipelines for future openings.

Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone and virtual interviews, and source passive talent.

Set up and evaluate results of pre-employment assessments, electronic reference checks, and drug testing and background checking programs.
Analyze recruitment metrics and HR data to improve recruiting methods/processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
