Job Summary: Provides advanced knowledge and clinical practice experience to support the mission and vision of CHI St. Alexius Health. Demonstrates advanced skills in leadership, collaboration, multidisciplinary teamwork, project management, quality improvement, education, and research. Acts as change agent to lead strategic change throughout nursing and clinical practice within the division.
