Meets with Team Leader on a
daily basis to confer on special cleaning needs, problems and work
Assists in cleaning emergency
spills and sanitizes and sterilizes clinic areas
Monitors floor care cleaning
inventory and notifies the Team Leader of product needs in a timely
Provides back-up support to,
and assists with the duties of the Environmental Services
Technician as requested
Identifies and reports any
unsafe/unsanitary conditions to Team Leader
Completion of High School Education or equivalent. Valid driver
experience in cleaning and disinfecting of patient care
Ability to understand and complete written and verbal
to measure chemicals.
Ability to drive riding equipment.
Interpersonal Skills: Relates well
with staff, patients of all ages, and visitors. Maintains
Physical Effort: Light -20 pounds
infrequently, 10 pounds or less frequently; 2.5 MPH with no grade
or slower speed with 10 pounds or less. Stands or walks 90 to 95% of the
8 hour shift. Must be
able to move various types of carts with loads up to 100 pounds
