Job DescriptionRe-Invent is our Company's returnship program welcoming back individuals whove left the workforce for 2+ years. Over six months we would invest in your development through project work, cross-functional exposure, targeted coaching, and leadership visibility. In this program you will be required to exercise independent judgment and support significant projects and be making key decisions that directly impact business outcomes.Our opportunities reside in our Manufacturing, Global Workplace & Enterprise Services, & Global Supplier Management Groups.Global Vaccines & Biologics Commercialization:_The mission of GVBC is to commercialize our Company's pipeline of biologics and vaccines leading to innovation in medicine and a brighter and healthier future for people around the world. We are accountable for three types of processes. Through the execution of__process science__, we ensure that our companys processes are well-characterized and well understood. Through__process__engineering__, we make sure that our companys processes can be scaled up or scaled out into the manufacturing facilities with our respective partners. And, lastly, were responsible for supporting the__regulatory applications__associated with process science and process engineering._Builders Vaccine Facing:The goal of the Vaccine Builders is to _improve global access_ for our vaccines by building new _innovative and efficient_ facilities across our network.Vaccine Builders are responsible for Facility Start-up which includes design, commissioning, equipment qualification, process demonstration, facility licensure, and capacity realization covering various roles within Operations, Maintenance, Automation, and facility management. VCM work is strategic, spanning the__entire life cycle of products__, stabilizing the ongoing business through appropriate risk management, and designing the supply chain/network for the future. Our Value Chain Management Chain team ensures supply is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate consider all__aspects of end-to-end supply including raw material sourcing, making, inventory thresholds, regulatory constraints, etc__. Our work is highly integrative and requires project management, team building, and communications skills to prioritize and drive results._Global Tech Operations:_The Global Technical Operations (GTO) Organizations mission is to provide the entire__breadth of technical expertise__needed to__manufacture and test Biologics products__spanning upstream production, downstream purification, formulation, and filling unit operations. We do this by continuously gaining, managing, and sharing deep technical knowledge in__technology transfer__activities,__franchise technical and__regulatory strategy__and execution_ , _routine__commercial manufacturing support_, _leading-edge__sterile manufacturing technologies, digitally-enabled manufacturing__business processes_ , &_advanced analytics__to evaluate process performance._Global Procurement:_Research & Development Sourcing & Procurement (RDSP) partners with our Research Laboratories to_ _drive innovative and strategic supplier solutions for the research and development of our Company's therapeutics and vaccines.__Our priorities are driving value and managing risk while enabling swift execution of scientific objectives across the pharmaceutical R&D life-cycle.__Core activities include__strategic sourcing of goods and services__based on an in-depth understanding of suppliers, supply markets, and supply chains. A career break is defined as having taken a break from Corporate America; any entrepreneurial explorations, transition to academia, or other personal circumstances constitute as a break. + Candidate must be eligible to work in US without sponsorshipPreferred Experience and Skills:+ Candidate has demonstrated leadership experience in field of study, extracurricular activity, previous internship or undergraduate research, military or prior work experience. + Candidate should possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, a team-player with the ability to work collaboratively. + VCM Candidate should have some broad cross functional knowledge/skills/experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Regulatory, Quality and Compliance, and/or Operations. Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and techniques is desirable. + GTO Candidate should have a strong scientific understanding of vaccine/biologics processes and products as well as being knowledgeable on relevant regulatory and GMP requirements.
