Job Description:
Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist for an exciting
Travel Allied job in Minot, ND. Shift: 5x8 hr days Start Date:
03/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Pay: $1540 / Week We are seeking a
dependable and flexible Phlebotomist with strong technical skills
and a patient?focused approach. In this role, you will perform
venipuncture and specimen collection for patients across various
age groups, with a preference for those who have pediatric
experience. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with
alternating weekends. The ideal candidate can adapt to workflow
needs, provide prompt service, and support the laboratory team with
high?quality, accurate specimen handling and documentation.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience Flexibility
to support workflow and changing priorities Pediatric phlebotomy
experience preferred Ability to arrive quickly/on time consistently
Strong skills in venipuncture, capillary draws, and specimen
processing Knowledge of lab safety, handling, labeling, and
transport protocols Excellent patient?care, communication, and
customer?service skills Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30
