Travel Dental Hygienist - For Yates, ND with Indian Health Facility Specialty: Dental Hygienist Client : Indian Health Service Location : Fort Yates, ND (and possibly McLaughlin, SD at times) Dates: coverage is needed: as soon as onboarding is complete (typically takes 3-4 weeks to process after background forms are submitted) - 3 month minimum commitment required Schedule/Shifts Times: Fort Yates, ND: Mon - Friday, 8-5; if needed, McLaughlin, SD: Monday - Friday, 8-5p Call Requirements: None Patient Volume: 5-6 patients per day average Patient Ages: all ages (majority adults) Support Staff: yes - Dentists, DA's Type of Charting: EMR - RPMS (Dentrix) Requirements: BLS, Active License with no restrictions, RDH only Reason for Need: staff shortage Onboarding Timeframe : 3-4 weeks on average once background forms are submitted. Would like someone for 3 months with the option to extend. Additional Info: any State License , will perform SRP's if required per patient treatment plans, not required to administer local anesthesia but can if their license allows. All continuing education courses required for maintaining certification must be kept up to date at all times Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $40 - $45 Hourly
