Roles & Responsibilities Deliver safe, accurate radiation treatments to outpatients using TrueBeam and Xoft systems Operate LINACs and CT simulators while following prescribed treatment plans and protocols Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists and nursing staff to optimize patient care Verify patient setup, document treatments in Aria Record & Verify, and chart in Cerner EMR Maintain treatment area safety and equipment checks to ensure high-quality care Communicate compassionately with patients and families to educate, support and address concerns Contribute to a positive clinic workflow by assisting with scheduling, patient throughput and handoffs Qualifications ARRT(T) certified (required) BLS certification (required) 2 years of clinical radiation therapy experience (required) Comfortable working in an outpatient radiation oncology clinic with a typical daily patient load of 20–30 Experience with Varian Eclipse, Aria Record & Verify and Cerner EMR is strongly preferred Knowledge & Skills Proficiency with LINAC operation, including TrueBeam systems Experience with treatment planning workflows and Varian Eclipse Familiarity with Xoft Brachytherapy and Philips Big Bore CT simulator Skill documenting treatments in Aria and Cerner EMR Strong patient positioning, immobilization and setup verification techniques Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving in a multidisciplinary oncology setting Benefits Generous housing stipend and travel support to make your temporary move smooth and easy Medical, dental & vision coverage so you can stay healthy while you care for others Licensure assistance and reimbursement to help you meet state requirements quickly Paid time off options to rest and recharge between assignments Professional development support and access to continuing education A supportive team environment with experienced therapists, dosimetrists and physicists Onsite support staff so you can focus on patient care, not paperwork Clear schedule stability: Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends Travel Perks: Explore Minot, ND Explore Minot’s local highlights on your off days: stroll through Scandinavian Heritage Park, visit Roosevelt Park Zoo, enjoy the local dining scene and breweries downtown, and catch community events connected to Minot Air Force Base.
