Job Title: Locum - Physician - Radiology - Interventional Facility and Practice Summary We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join a dynamic team at a leading facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role will involve providing locum coverage for Interventional Radiology services, with a focus on general procedures. Enjoy a structured work schedule of 8 hours per day, with evening calls and weekend responsibilities. The facility is well-equipped and offers a supportive environment for healthcare professionals. Job Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic vascular interventions including angiography. Perform therapeutic vascular interventions such as angioplasty, stenting, and thrombolytic therapy. Execute various interventional procedures including the insertion of central lines, PICCs, and port-a-cath. Manage drainage procedures and biopsies, including thoracentesis and paracentesis. Handle complex situations such as embolization therapy and aspiration procedures. Respond to evening and weekend call requirements as needed. Document all procedures accurately in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Epic). Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care. Qualifications Board Certified in Radiology. Active North Dakota license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) privilege. Completed a residency and/or fellowship in Interventional Radiology. Current certifications in ACLS and BLS. Clean malpractice history preferred. Must have experience performing all required procedures listed. Results of a Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date. License and Certification Requirements Board Certification in Radiology - Required. ND license or IMLC - Required. ACLS and BLS certifications - Required. Experience with all required procedures - Completion of the procedure list with responses is required. Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days - Required.
