PRACTICE DETAILS Sanford Clinic is seeking a Board
Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a successful,
well-established group in Bismarck, ND. High volume practice Team
of 1 physician and 2 APPs Educational and management environment
Opportunity to manage a diverse caseload Pediatric Endocrinology
visits Bismarck twice a month Broad referral base spanning across
Western ND Diabetes educator on call Monday thru Saturday (8am-4pm)
and Sunday (8am-12pm) Culture of innovation and supportive
administration Annual compensation of $350,000 for the first two
years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to
exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In
addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a
1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual
agreement specifying all details) Additional physician benefits

short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance,
allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a
