Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology including Da Vinci XI and ION robotics, performing diverse cases ranging from general surgery to complex ortho and neuro procedures. Key Responsibilities: Assist surgical teams in a 12-suite operating room setting, including Endoscopy and Cystoscopy suites Manage 25-30 cases daily, supporting procedures such as general, robotics-assisted surgeries, ortho total joints, neuro-spinal fusions, and arthroscopies Provide intraoperative patient care without scrubbing responsibility Float within specialty areas as needed, including 1:1 sitter and helping hands roles on floors Respond promptly to on-call situations within 15 minutes; work includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Qualifications & Desired Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) license with at least 3 years of OR experience in either General/Robotics or Ortho/Neuro specialties Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Proficiency with EPIC EMR system advantageous Comfortable with robotic technology such as Da Vinci XI, ION instruments, and Stryker towers Flexibility to float across specialties and assist on non-OR units when necessary Schedule: 8-hour shifts (06:45-15:15 or 09:00-17:30), scheduled by clinical supervisor On-call 1-2 times per week with 8-hour reprieve shifts and sleep rooms available Rotating holiday coverage Location: Mandan, ND offers a peaceful, welcoming community with easy access to outdoor recreational activities and a friendly small-town feel.
