Mindlance Health to find a qualified LTAC RN in Garrison, North
Dakota, 58540! ID: 76537250 Shift: 12H Nights eow, nights, first to
float Description: Unit : LTC RN*Certifications Required: BLS*NO
CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT- Type of Facility: Long Term Care- of
Beds/Residents: 26 bed - EMR: Matrix- Ratios: Nurses 1: 10 on day
1:19 nights,- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Heart disease,
diabetes, dementia- Job Duties: Nurse act as charge and pass meds
and perform wound care.- Experience or 'Must have' skills: LTC
experience- Are there IVs or titratable drips?: NO- Area there Tele
monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's
read strips?: NONE- Are RNs required to attend team conferences for
acute inpatient rehab?: NO- DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: DON,
no supervisors- Physician availability after hours: By phone
on-call- Interdisciplinary Team: no rehab beds only LTC- PT/OT/SLP,
Pulmonary or Cardiac Rehab, Case Managers, Social Workers,
Dieticians?: PT as needed, Social worker designee- Is RT on-site
24/7?: NONE- Oxygen Therapy /Equipment (ie Cpap, Bipap, High Flow):
Concentrators and portable concentrators- Pharmacy on-site?
Medication dispensing system?: Off site- Shifts & Scheduling: 12hr
shifts 7-7, No blocked schedule & no self-scheduling- Weekend
Requirements: EOW- Holiday Requirements: Every other major holiday-
Call or Standby Requirement: NONE- Floating Requirements: NONE-
Scrub Color/Dress Code: NONE , must be clean and presentable- How
many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-3Radius
Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or
PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI
and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week
contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after

shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are
