Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Garrison, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,056 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Garrison, North Dakota, 58540! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: MedSurg RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS TNCC Must-Have: One year of MedSurg and Emergency Department experience Charge nurse experience Description: This position requires adherence to a 50-mile radius rule. Candidates cannot have worked permanently or PRN within the last 12 months. There is no clinical involvement in this position. The unit has 22 beds with staffing ratios of 1:4 for acute patients and 1:6 for swing bed patients. The charge nurse or house supervisor may be required to manage the unit. Registered Nurses will be responsible for titrating drips. Common titratable and set-rate drips are monitored by the Charge Nurse. There is access to various respiratory equipment, including oxygen delivery methods. A ventilator is available but typically used in transport to other facilities. Nurses are responsible for reading telemetry strips. Shifts include both 12-hour day and night rotations. There is a weekend requirement every other week and a holiday requirement every other holiday. Flexibility in scheduling and floating to other departments may be required. Dress code consists of any color scrubs. Orientation will cover the specifics of the unit.
