Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Garrison, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,164 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room/Medical Surgical Swing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12 Hours Nights EOW Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: One year of MedSurg experience Ability to titrate drips Experience with tele monitoring Description: This position involves working in a dynamic emergency room and medical surgical swing environment. The unit consists of 22 beds with ratios of 1 to 4 for acute patients and 1 to 6 for swing bed patients. RNs are responsible for reading telemetry strips. Common diagnoses will include a variety of acute conditions. The facility utilizes equipment such as NEBS, oxygen masks, and, if available, CPAPs. RNs may need to float to ED holds as necessary. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. Holiday shifts are also required every other holiday. There is flexibility in scheduling with the potential for charge nurse responsibilities.
