Surgical Tech Location: Bismarck, ND Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,499 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Tech Profession: Surgical Tech Specialty: OR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 32 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS, CST or NCCT, ND UAP Must-Have: Proficient in either Ortho/Neuro OR or General/Robotics OR. Experience with Open Bellies, GYN, and Davinci Xi for general cases. Description: The department consists of 12 OR suites, 1 Endo suite, and 1 Cysto suite. Common cases include Peds-Geriatrics, cysto, Davinci XI for General/GYN/Urology, ION robotic cases, and Open Bellies. Endo/GI experience is also welcome, with a possibility of refresher training for scope experience. Charge Nurses are present for all shifts. Rotating 8-hour shifts include various start times for weekdays and weekends. Weeknight call is required 1-2 times per week. Weekend call is based on staffing, approximately every 3-4 weekends. Holiday scheduling requires willingness to work holidays, rotating with permanent staff. The expected call response time is 15 minutes, with a sleep room available for rest post-call. Candidates must be willing to float to other specialties for cross-training as needed. The department fosters a family atmosphere, encouraging teamwork and support.
