Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dedicated to providing exceptional care focused on holistic health and wellness outcomes. This role demands a compassionate professional committed to the wellness of underserved communities. As an LPN at our center, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive nursing care, adhering to the guidelines of our wellness programs and ensuring the health needs of our patients are met with the highest standard of medical ethics. Perform routine nursing care to patients, as per physician’s orders, following established protocols and guidelines. Monitor patients' health and record signs like blood pressure and heart rate, delivering critical information to doctors and healthcare providers. Administer medications and treatments effectively, ensuring patient safety and adherence to healthcare regulations. Educate patients and their families on health plans and preventive care to enhance their knowledge and ability to manage health conditions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Prepare rooms, medical instruments, and equipment necessary for patient care. Ensure complete documentation of patient care and progress according to professional and regulatory standards. Strong practical nursing skills in a healthcare setting Excellent patient care and monitoring abilities Proficient in administering medications and medical treatments Adept at using electronic health records and medical software Strong interpersonal and communication skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must possess a current LPN license to practice in the state of employment.
