Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. This position plays a
critical role in providing outstanding care to the underserved
patient populations we serve, focusing on holistic health and
wellness outcomes. As a Nursing Assistant, you will support our
nursing staff with clinical duties and contribute to the health and
well-being of our patients through empathetic and effective
caregiving. Assist with daily living activities such as bathing,
dressing, and eating Monitor and record patients' vital signs and
report any changes to the nursing staff Help with the setup of
medical equipment and assist with some medical procedures Ensure
patient comfort and provide emotional support Maintain a clean and
safe environment for patients Communicate effectively with
patients, families, and other healthcare professionals Basic
knowledge of patient care and hygiene standards Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Capability to follow health
and safety guidelines reliably Ability to work collaboratively in a
healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
