Job Description:

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our community with a focus on holistic health and wellness outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, crafting personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, alleviating pain, and ensuring overall satisfaction in the patient’s treatment and recovery journey. Assess patient’s condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans Implement patient treatment plans effectively, utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and other therapeutic interventions Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and their families about health and wellness, ensuring understanding of the patient’s condition and treatment plan Maintain patient records thoroughly, documenting treatments and progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and recovery Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies, and procedures Expertise in physical therapy techniques and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle physical demands of the job Compassion and sensitivity in dealing with patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license CPR certified
