Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team, focused on providing top-notch physical therapy services to underserved communities. Conduct patient assessments, including evaluations of health history and physical condition Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and assessment outcomes Utilize various physical therapy techniques to improve patient mobility and reduce pain Provide education and guidance on health maintenance and injury prevention Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Ability to develop personalized rehabilitation programs Expertise in pain management and mobility improvement techniques Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams Capable of managing multiple patient cases simultaneously Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice CPR and First Aid certifications
