Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with flexibility in shift scheduling to support our mission of providing comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about holistic health and wellness outcomes, delivering compassionate care across various departments. This role requires adaptability to varying shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure continuous patient care in our dynamic healthcare environment. Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with their care plans Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and medical information Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate holistic treatment plans Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Adapt to various shifts and maintain a high standard of nursing care during all shifts Proficient in patient health monitoring Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to administer medications and understand treatment protocols Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Capacity to handle stress and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license valid in the state of practice CPR/BLS certification IV therapy certification may be preferred
