Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with registered nurses and doctors to provide patient updates Maintain accurate patient health records and reports Implement patient care plans meticulously Assist with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a healthcare provider Provide emotional and psychological support to the patients and their families Proficiency in administering medications and vaccinations Skill in operating medical equipment Excellent observation skills to detect changes in patient health Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in a healthcare setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license valid in the state of employment CPR certification required IV certification preferred
