Job Description:

Nursing Assistant CNA Trainee, you will undergo a program designed
to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to provide
exceptional patient care under the supervision of experienced
healthcare professionals. This opportunity includes hands-on
training in a supportive environment, aiming to transition you into
a certified nursing assistant upon successful completion of the
certification examination. Attend all training sessions and
complete coursework as required. Assist in providing basic patient
care under the supervision of a registered nurse or a licensed
practical nurse. Help with bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
as needed. Measure and record patients' vital statistics. Maintain
cleanliness and hygiene in patient areas. Follow all healthcare
center protocols and privacy guidelines. Basic understanding of
patient care procedures. Good communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate amounts of

Insurance 401k Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing
Assistant (CNA) program upon hiring. CPR certification
preferred.
