Assist nursing staff in providing patient care under supervision Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff Help patients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients Attend all training sessions and actively participate in skill development exercises Strong communication skills Empathy and patience Ability to follow detailed instructions Basic knowledge of healthcare and hygiene standards Physical stamina and ability to lift patients Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program upon hire CPR certification required within the first 6 months of employment
