Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and
dedicated Nursing Assistant CNA Trainee to join our team. This role
provides a unique opportunity to develop healthcare skills in a
supportive and impactful environment, focusing on underserved
populations. Trainees will receive hands-on experience and
education through extensive training programs, directly
contributing to holistic health and wellness outcomes. Assist in
the daily care of patients under direct supervision of qualified
nursing staff Support patients with basic hygiene needs and daily
living activities Observe and report changes in patients' condition
and behavior Participate in educational programs to achieve
certification Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of
information and records at all times Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Basic understanding of patient care and safety
procedures Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Willingness to learn and participate in educational modules Medical

Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program
(post-training) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be
obtained during training)
