Good Samaritan Health Center is currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Successful candidates will demonstrate an unwavering commitment to patient care and have a proven track record in a similar setting. Provide basic medical care under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors Monitor patients' health, such as checking blood pressure and other vital signs Administer medications as prescribed and observe reactions Assist with basic needs of patients including dressing, bathing, and feeding Educate patients and families on health care processes, conditions, and wellness Maintain detailed and accurate patient records Participate in health screenings and outreach programs within the community Proficiency in administering injections and immunizations Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Competence in emergency response and patient assessment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current LPN license valid in the state of practice CPR certification preferred Any specialization certifications related to healthcare are a plus
