Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center, a leader in providing
comprehensive healthcare services for underserved communities, is
seeking a Regional Clinical Services Director to oversee our
clinics across the region. This key position will lead initiatives
to enhance patient care, uphold our commitment to holistic health,
and drive continuous improvement in clinical services. The ideal
candidate will bring leadership, a deep understanding of healthcare
systems, and a passion for community health. Responsibilities
include strategic planning, staff management, compliance adherence,
and implementation of innovative healthcare solutions. Develop and
implement clinical services strategies across multiple locations.
Lead and mentor clinic managers to ensure operational excellence
and high-quality care. Monitor healthcare regulations and ensure
all clinics are in compliance. Initiate programs that align with
holistic approaches to patient health. Manage budgeting,
forecasting, and resource allocation for clinical services. Analyze
patient outcomes and implement improvement measures. Liaise with
senior management to align clinical services with the
organization's strategic goals. Strong leadership and
organizational skills Ability to manage and motivate teams
Proficiency in healthcare management systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of
healthcare regulations and compliance standards Strategic thinking
and problem-solving abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid medical license, if
applicable Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., FACHE -
Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives)
Certification in Project Management is a plus
