This role is pivotal in providing top-tier medical care in our outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient care in a collaborative environment, focusing on preventive health and acute conditions. You will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver care that adheres to our high standards and enhances patient outcomes. This position requires a commitment to patient education and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans accordingly. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Direct and supervise care delivered by other healthcare personnel like LPNs and nurse aides. Conduct patient education to promote health, improve chronic disease management and achieve optimal outcomes. Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and clinic operations. Strong clinical skills with a focus on preventive healthcare and chronic disease management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified or obtain within 6 months of hire. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
