Sanford Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team, helping to improve patient care across our extensive network of clinics and hospitals. This vital role focuses on enabling patients of all ages to live life to its fullest by helping them promote health and prevent—or live better with—illness, injury, or disability. Our Occupational Therapists are committed to delivering personalized therapy regimens and providing comprehensive assessments in a supportive environment. Assess patients' needs, situations, strengths, and support networks to determine their goals Develop individually tailored treatment plans that focus on functional movement and daily activities Use therapies to treat patient conditions, including exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment Evaluate results and progress of occupational therapy on patients regularly Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical regulations Educate patients and family members about treatment plans and ongoing home strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in therapeutic practices and rehabilitation Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capability to handle multiple patient needs simultaneously Proficiency in using therapeutic equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist
