Implement therapeutic interventions like exercises and activities based on patient needs and conditions. Maintain patient records by documenting patient care services and tracking their progress. Advocate for patients by coordinating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care across disciplines. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about strategies for coping and techniques to adapt their environment for better quality of life. Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions Ability to assess patient needs and craft individualized treatment plans Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and interventions Strong organizational skills for handling detailed records Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary healthcare teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid occupational therapist license Registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
