Good Samaritan Health Center is looking for a dedicated Clinical Care Leader to join our team. This role is crucial in our mission to provide comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities. The Clinical Care Leader will play a vital role in managing and coordinating patient care activities, ensuring that services are delivered with compassion, efficiency, and adherence to professional standards. This position requires a skilled leader who can inspire and guide our healthcare staff while also promoting holistic wellness outcomes among our clientele. Coordinate and oversee all direct and indirect patient care services. Supervise nursing and support staff, providing coaching, mentoring, and professional development support. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care quality and efficiency. Manage patient care planning and implementation, focusing on holistic health results. Evaluate nursing unit’s performance and make recommendations for improvements. Facilitate communication between patients, family members, and healthcare professionals. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in healthcare management software and technologies Understanding of patient-centered care models Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Certified Nurse Leader (CNL) or similar leadership certification is preferred
