Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center, a leader in providing top tier
healthcare to underserved communities, is currently seeking a
dedicated Clinical Care Leader to join our dynamic team. In this
role, the successful candidate will oversee clinical operations
within our center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality health
services with an emphasis on holistic health and wellness outcomes.
As a Clinical Care Leader, you will guide a team of healthcare
professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
and compassionate care. Your efforts will directly contribute to
our mission of enhancing health outcomes and achieving health
equity in our community. Manage day-to-day clinical operations,
ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and center
policies. Lead, direct, and evaluate the work of healthcare staff,
providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills
and ensure quality care delivery. Develop and implement strategies
for improving efficiency and effectiveness of clinical services.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to integrate and
optimize patient care from admission to discharge. Promote a
collaborative environment that supports team wellness and
patient-focused care. Monitor patient care processes, responding
effectively to any issues that may arise. Leadership and team
management Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in healthcare management systems Ability to analyze and
improve operational processes Compassionate and ethical patient
care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current registered nurse (RN) license Certification
in healthcare leadership or management (e.g., CNML) is
preferred
