Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a dedicated Clinical Care Leader to join our team, which is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services with a focus on holistic health and wellness outcomes, particularly for underserved populations. In this vital role, you will oversee and improve clinical operations, ensuring that our patients receive compassionate care that adheres to the highest standards of medical practice and patient engagement. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of healthcare professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, emphasizing quality care and operational efficiency. Manage day-to-day clinical operational activities, ensuring compliance with health regulations and center policies. Supervise clinical staff, provide ongoing education and training, and foster a supportive and effective work environment. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care services and health outcomes, especially for vulnerable community members. Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to align clinical services with the strategic goals of the health center. Monitor patient care processes, and implement steps towards continuous improvement. Engage in community outreach to understand public health needs and tailor services to address those needs effectively. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all care processes as per legal and regulatory requirements. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in the use of clinical management software and electronic health records. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Capable of critical thinking and operational decision-making under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in healthcare leadership, such as a Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or equivalent, preferred.
