Prepare machine and supplies for each patient’s treatment. Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and report any concerns. Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols. Educate patients and their families on treatment processes and post-treatment care. Assist in the insertion or removal of dialysis catheters as instructed by supervising healthcare providers. Document treatment parameters and patient response. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care plans. Proficiency in operating dialysis equipment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient safety. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) preferred but not mandatory prior to hiring; must be obtained within 18 months of hire.
