We are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Sunset shift to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in providing top-quality care and support in our healthcare facilities during the evening hours. The successful candidate will be instrumental in facilitating a peaceful and therapeutic environment for patient care, harmonious with our holistic approach to health and wellness. Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens Record patient information such as vital signs, eating habits, and daily activities Support patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis standards and procedures; complying with security regulations Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications Ensure the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of patients at all times Proficiency in written and verbal communication Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain comprehensive records Physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weight Good organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current CNA certification required. CPR certification preferred.
