Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Manage patient care planning and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive service delivery. Lead efforts in patient safety and risk management. Assist in the development of budgets and monitor expenditures. Stay updated with advancements in healthcare practices and technologies.
