Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Clinical
Care Leader to join our team, committed to enhancing patient
outcomes in underserved communities. The Clinical Care Leader will
drive the delivery of high-quality care while ensuring our
standards of compassion and accessibility. This role requires a
strategic approach to staff leadership, care coordination, and
compliance with healthcare regulations, aligning with our mission
to focus on holistic health and wellness outcomes. The ideal
candidate will have proven experience in clinical leadership within
healthcare facilities, possessing the ability to inspire and manage
a diverse team. Oversee the planning and delivery of patient care.
Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals to ensure
quality service delivery. Develop and implement policies and
practices that improve patient outcomes. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Manage
resources to ensure patient needs are met effectively. Evaluate
patient care procedures and make improvements where necessary.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficient in healthcare management
systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure
environment Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare regulations and
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification
in Healthcare Leadership such as Certified Nurse Manager and Leader
(CNML) or Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (CENP) is
preferred.
