pt/hr in North Dakota! Any State License Accepted (J1 Eligible)
Place of Work (City/State): IHS Hospital, Fort Yates, North Dakota
Serve a 100% Native American community at an IHS hospital ANY STATE
license accepted Not a Locum job. Looking for long term coverage.
Schedule & Coverage 12-hr shifts: 7a-7p & 7p-7a Full-time /
Part-time / PRN ED volume ~7,000 annually (0.8 pts/hr) Coverage: 24
hrs MD coverage (no APPs) 24 hr shift are not allowed Hospitalists
on site 24/7 (no other specialists) Details EMR: RPMS (similar to
VA) 12-bed hospital (no trauma designation) Credentialing: 4 8
weeks (federal background check fingerprints) Schedules set 90 days
in advance Requirements ABEM BE/BC ABFM ABIM BE/BC with >2 years
of ER experience. BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA Clean license
(malpractice history OK) Compensation 1099: $280 or 300/hr (FM/IM -
EM). W2: $260 or 280 /hr (FM/IM - EM) full benefits (10
shifts/month required) Malpractice with tail included Preferred 10
14 shifts on/off rotations (flexible but minimum 4-5 shifts/month
commitment) Housing & Logistics Housing on campus provided. No
hotel or rental car coverage (can provide this coverage by company
but base rate will decrease by $18 per hour). Closest airports:
Bismarck ND is 1 hour 20 mins away. (Non stop flights from Dallas,
Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Vegas, Tampa, Sanford FL)
Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 4 8 weeks (federal background
